In accordance with travel restrictions imposed by government advisories worldwide and as the COVID- 19 pandemic continue to affect nations and people all over the world, we are giving the flexibility to the travelers to reschedule their trips and the payments done towards the trip will be available as a future travel credit. The payments done towards any trips can be transferred to a new date or another trip as well without any cancellation charge. If the guest chooses a trip or departure that is more expensive than the original, they are responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a future travel credit will be issued for the difference.
For the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the full payment must reach us 30 days before the travel date in case of group bookings and 15 days before in case of individual (FIT) bookings. Nature Nests hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas/ New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. Please note that such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.
Payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank or through Mail Authorization through credit cards or online through our payment gateway using Master/Visa credit cards. In case of payment through credit card, a small amount of bank processing fee would be applicable on the amount being paid by credit cards.
Prices are per room based upon shared twin/Double room occupancy. Prices do not include items of a
personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign
port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of
publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity,
tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Nature
Nests reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to
passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Nature Nests receives a written cancellation
within five days of the price increase notification.
Nature Nests may offer reduced pricing/ offers on certain products or services. Reduced pricing/Offers
apply only to new bookings. Bookings where payment of at least a deposit has been received are not
entitled to reduced pricing/offers..
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation fees as below apply to the land packages and/or services.
120 days prior to arrival – 10% of the Tour.
120 - 61 days prior to arrival – 25% of the Tour.
60 - 31 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Tour.
30 - 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.
06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 90% of the Tour.
Less than 72 hours or No Show – No Refund.
For any train or flights tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation
policy at the time of booking.
The deposits on the tours having special offers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings a separate cancellation policy is
applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the
refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the
money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that
the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit
card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals,
sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilized by
the tour member due to personal reasons.
Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation penalties may differ for special events, some customized groups including group tour airfares, tours with internal flights, and/or certain sea cruises as well as selected packages and hotels, and will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.
Anyone under the age of 18 is considered to be a minor. Minors must always be accompanied by an
adult.
All bookings with a minor are subject to review and approval by the Nature Nests. If the consent of a
parent, guardian or any other person is required by applicable law for any minor to travel, the
accompanying adult is responsible for securing all consents, documentation and ensuring that they and
the minor(s) meet all legal requirements to travel, to enter into and depart from applicable countries
and regions. Nature Nests will not be responsible for any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of
any failure to secure necessary consents, permits, and approvals.
You must provide the information requested by Nature Nests along with final payment. If you fail to
supply information required by Nature Nests for air tickets, tours, permits, or other inclusions, you will
also be liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to obtain or provide that inclusion. In the
event that you fail to supply information required, Nature Nests also reserves the right to treat your
booking (or the relevant component of your booking) as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees
deemed reasonable by the Nature Nests, in its sole discretion. Nature Nests will not be held responsible
for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise
incomplete information you have provided.
Hotel Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In - 13:00 Hours.
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made
starting from the previous night.
Check - Out - 11:00 Hours.
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment.
If you are a travel agent or group leader, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every
participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due
in connection with your Tour booking, notifying the Tour Operator or your travel agent if any changes or
cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.
By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained
all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of
another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be
liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.
In order to fully enjoy our tour, please select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities or consult us before booking the tour. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight, hearing or mobility impairments, are required to notify on email prior to reservation for review and our agreement.
Our liabilities & limitations
All efforts will be made sincerely to maintain the contract made by our organization with its customers
but there are always possibilities of certain Items like airfares, entrance fee at the monuments or drastic
increase in fuel costs etc. getting more expensive without any notice from the Govt. authorities. In such
FORCE MAJEUR, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers. Nature Nests, New Delhi
act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing
other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to
terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule.
Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may
dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. We
reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participant’s safety, comfort &
general well being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and
Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted
before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All
hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the
itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly
or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather,
sickness, landslides, and closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
Without limitation, Nature Nests is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property,
death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by
or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil
unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind,
or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective
conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of
transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely,
diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of
any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing,
rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of
medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the
threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Nature Nests.
Not liable for third party suppliers
The Tour Operator makes arrangements with accommodation providers, activity providers, airlines,
cruise lines, coach companies, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, tour and local guides, and
other independent parties (“Third Party Suppliers”) to provide you with some or all of the components
of your booking. Third Party Suppliers may also engage the services of local operators and sub-
contractors. Although the Tour Operator takes all reasonable care in selecting Third Party Suppliers, the
Tour Operator is unable to control Third Party Suppliers, does not supervise Third Party Suppliers and
therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions.
Third party suppliers may utilize Nature Nests' logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification
purposes which does not signify Nature Nests' ownership, management or control. As a result, Nature
Nests is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any
other third party.

By traveling with the Nature Nests you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risks and release Nature Nests from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent in travel, including visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in Tour itineraries or otherwise offered by Nature Nests.
